Royal Symmetry

Students explored the history of playing card designs as a foundation for creating surreal, imaginative imagery.

Using a template and rotational symmetry, they developed one half of their composition before transferring it into a complete, balanced design.

Final works were enhanced with Prismacolor pencils, watercolor, or acrylic markers to create bold, visually striking pieces.
